Cancellation or change of booking for meetings or events

To make a cancellation or the change of a reservation, we strongly recommend communicate with 72 hours notice. If you don't perform the cancellation or change of date of the booking at the indicated time, there will be no refund of the amount paid for the room.

Method of payment

The payment you should do it in advance by bank transfer, cash or credit card.

Catering service

The rental of our rooms currently does not include this type of service. If you want to manage this service according to your preferences, you can organize it on their own. If you prefer not to take personal care, our staff is always at your disposal to assist you in the coordination and provision of any application related to the catering.

How can I book a coworking space?

What is included in the fee of the post coworking?

The rate includes access to your desktop, WiFi, printing services, basic, access to common areas and rest, as well as to the reception of clients and areas of coffee break.

Can I visit the space before you make a booking?

Yes, we invite you to schedule a guided tour with our team so that you can get to know the facilities and choose the space that best suits your needs.

What type of workspace do you offer?

We offer individual desktops in an environment of coworking, private offices and meeting/event.

Do you have availability of private offices?

Yes, we have private offices that can be booked for days, weeks or months, depending on your needs.

Is it possible to access facilities outside of the usual opening hours?

The access outside the established schedule can be coordinated beforehand, subject to the conditions and specific rates.

The guests are welcome in the common areas and reception, but they must be pre-registered at the reception.

Small items of office are allowed, but we recommend you consult with our team for larger items or specific.

Is there a commitment to stay a minimum?

We do not require a commitment to stay minimum for posts of coworking, but the private offices and meeting rooms can have specific conditions.

How do you handle the privacy and security of the spaces of work?

We have a security system and video surveillance 24/7, in addition to privacy policies to protect our customers.

Do you have parking options?

Although we do not have parking, there are options of car parks, underground nearby.

Do you provide access to printers, and office supplies?

Yes, we provide access to printers, and basic material of office. The services reprographics may have extra costs.

What health and safety measures are implemented?

We follow strict protocols for cleaning and disinfection, and comply with the guidelines sanitary place to ensure a safe environment

Is it possible to change a position of coworking to a private office?

Yes, we offer the flexibility to change depending on availability and your needs.
